Training the Trainers

This day covers the difference between RITAs and ARCPs and their role in managing the trainee in difficulty and the symptoms, signs and causes of the trainee in difficulty. There is also an opportunity to take part in an interactive session and each group will tackle scenarios based on the trainee in difficulty.
