Medicines Safety Symposium – making Great Britain a safer place to take medicines 17/06/2012 Organised by The Royal Pharmaceutical Society The meeting will also address many facets associated with medicine safety as we highlight two key areas, firstly communication and how when implemented effectively across care platforms we can deliver safer medicine as well as the management of medication across care sectors. Secondly we look at the increasingly important role that technology is playing in medicines safety as we hear from those involved at the forefront of developments in this area and how it is being used for patient benefit.
