Our workforce advocacy
We use our workforce evidence and the experiences of ophthalmologists to highlight workforce pressures and advocate for the changes needed to build a sustainable ophthalmology workforce.
We work with governments, NHS organisations and other partners across the UK to influence workforce policy and planning and help ensure services have the people and skills they need to meet demand.
Advisory appointments committees and job planning
We support organisations and ophthalmologists with job descriptions, job planning and Advisory Appointments Committees (AACs).
