Information for Award Recipients
Invitations to the Admission Ceremony will be sent by email in June and booking for this event will close on Friday 13 July 2018.
Confirmation of your place and those of your guests will be dispatched within 5 working days of the booking closure date.
Academic dress is mandatory at the Admission Ceremony and it is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate academic dress from our suppliers.
Academic dress can be ordered online at www.edeandravenscroft.com. Please make sure you have a note of your chest and height measurements and have your credit/debit details available before placing your order.
Your gown will be ready for collection from the venue on the day of your ceremony.
The Admission Ceremony is a formal occasion and therefore smart dress is appropriate. Award recipients and guests are welcome to wear traditional or national dress.
A professional photographer will be available for those who wish to purchase photographs. Information will be sent to award recipients prior to their Ceremony.
If you are able to attend the Admission Ceremony, your award certificate will be presented to you by the College President. If you are not able to attend the ceremony, your certificate will be posted to you by Recorded Delivery, to the address indicated on your completion form two weeks after the Ceremony. To guarantee you receive your certificate at the correct address, it is important that you inform the Examinations Department of any changes. Please note you will have to sign for delivery of your certificate so if you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, you will be required to collect your certificate from your local sorting office.

Car parking facilities at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists are not available to award recipients or guests.
Short-stay metered parking is available outside the College in the Outer Circle of Regent’s Park. Car parking facilities are also available at the Park Road NCP car park,www.ncp.co.uk.
The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists is accessible for wheelchair users. The ceremony will be held in the Nuffield Hall which is on the first floor and is accessible by a lift.
