This dataset sets out a standard way to record clinical information for people with late AMD, including geographic atrophy and neovascular disease. It is designed to support routine care, clinical audit, service comparison and research by making data definitions consistent across sites and systems. It covers baseline assessment, treatment start and follow-up for each eye, helping services collect comparable information without adding unnecessary burden to clinical practice. A subset of this data set is used by the NOD National Age-related Macular Degeneration Audit.
