Overview	Ensure that a spread of both subspecialty specific and non-specialty generic learning activities are undertaken and recorded. Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of all clinical and learning activities to cover the curriculum. Attend postgraduate teaching opportunities. Develop a strategy to maintain both knowledge and skills, e.g. using surgical simulation. Take part in revalidation.
