Covid-19 RCOphth news – office closure, events and examinations

18 March 2020

As the current situation with COVID-19 rapidly changes we are closely monitoring the impact on the RCOphth.

RCOphth Building Closure

We have paid close attention to the government’s latest advice to minimise unnecessary travel and for everyone to work from home where possible.  Accordingly, we will close the RCOphth building for an initial period of 30 days, from Monday 23 March to Friday 17 April 2020 and then keep the situation under review. Staff are able to work remotely and have access to the email and phone system. We will continue to support members as far as possible.

Congress 2020 Cancelled

We have cancelled the May 2020 Congress and will refund registration fees. We are reviewing options for an alternative event later in the year. All chairs, speakers, currently registered delegates and poster presenters will be contacted by email. For enquiries please email [email protected].
