The NHS has one of the most ethnically diverse workforces in the public sector. However, ethnic minority staff report worse experiences in terms of their lives and careers, when compared with white staff; people from an ethnic minority background are also under-represented in senior positions in the NHS.

The impact of COVID-19 has highlighted again the complex structural racism and health inequalities that have disproportionately affected the NHS workforce and patients from Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities.

Addressing race inequalities in the NHS workforce is critical and this webinar is designed to educate and provide the tools to become an ally that fights against race inequalities in ‘The New NHS’.
