Applications for the Zakarian Awards are now open, offering early-career ophthalmologists the opportunity to develop their research and contribute to advances in eye care.
Delivered by the College in partnership with Fight for Sight, each award provides up to £25,000 funding and protected time for clinicians to undertake research projects that strengthen evidence and improve patient outcomes.
The Zakarian Awards support those at the start of their academic careers to build research skills, explore innovative ideas and bring frontline clinical insight into the research field.
Applications will be managed by Fight for Sight.
