Home

A membership organisation promoting and supporting our global community of eye health professionals. Together we are championing ophthalmology and eye care, and influencing national eye health policy for the benefit of our patients and our profession.

Our Work

We raise awareness of the issues affecting patients, the workforce and the healthcare system. We do this through a continuing programme of consultation, research and data to develop policy and standards to ensure safe and sustainable eye care services.

Our Strategy

Our Strategic Plan 2020 – 2022 covers four areas of work, influencing and campaigning that supports a more sustainable future for ophthalmology. The four pillars of our strategy are Our Purpose, Workforce, Leading and Evolving.
