Support our work

The Royal College of Ophthalmologists welcomes partners and funding to support the work we do to improve and develop training, education, standards and policy to ensure sustainable ophthalmology services and patient care.

The Royal College of Ophthalmologists welcomes interest from organisations and individuals who wish to support the work we do to ensure that the ophthalmology profession and the prevention of avoidable sight loss is sustainable for the long term.  As leader in the eye health sector, we champion excellence in the practice of ophthalmology and develop transformative service guidance and standards, influencing national health policy, putting the patient at the centre of what we do.

We also have an extensive programme of high quality seminars and surgical skills courses to ensure continued professional development of the ophthalmic workforce, widening our membership to other professions including nurses, optometrists, technicians and others working in eye care services.

There are opportunities to work with the RCOphth on development of innovative flagship initiatives like the National Ophthalmology Audit Database and to exhibit at our Annual Congress.
