BMA Workplace experience survey for SAS doctors 2022

This survey is open to SAS doctors working in England, Northern Ireland, and Wales; responses are entirely anonymous and will take 10 minutes to complete. As SAS contract negotiations are ongoing in Scotland, this survey is not open to SAS doctors working in Scotland. BMA membership is not required to complete this survey.

The purpose of this survey is to inform the UK, Northern Ireland, and Wales Staff, Associate Specialist, and Specialty Doctors (SAS) committees about the pay and contract views, working conditions (including bullying/harassment), and future career aspirations of SAS doctors. This survey will also inform the BMA’s contribution to the upcoming oral evidence session to Review Body on Doctors’ and Dentists’ Remuneration (DDRB).

Members are asked to circulate widely to their SAS networks.
