The Venue and Directions
The 2018 Admission Ceremony is to be held at The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, 27 Sussex Place, Regent’s Park, London, NW1 4RG. The nearest tube station is Baker Street, which is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
Car parking facilities at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists are not available to award recipients or guests.
Short-stay metered parking is available outside the College in the Outer Circle of Regent’s Park. Car parking facilities are also available at the Park Road NCP car park,www.ncp.co.uk.

Guests should be seated in the Nuffield Hall 10 minutes before the Ceremony is due to commence. Guest seating is not pre-allocated. Guests will not be able to sit with those graduating.
Please note that photography is not permitted during the ceremony.
Post Ceremony Reception
A Post Ceremony Reception will be held for all award recipients and their guests immediately following the Ceremony in the Reception Hall. Please make your way out of the Nuffield Hall as quickly as possible and proceed straight down the stairs. In order to keep congestion to a minimum, please arrange to meet family and friends in the Reception Hall. Please make sure that you have all your possessions with you when you leave the Nuffield Hall.
There are a number of hotels located near The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Please contact the London Tourist Board www.visitlondon.com for further suggestions.
Crèche facilities are not available. Children over 7 years of age must be included in applications for guest tickets. Children 7 years of age or younger may attend but are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Guests attending with young children are asked to sit in an aisle seat so that they may leave the hall if their child becomes upset or distracted during the Ceremony.
The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists is accessible for wheelchair users. The ceremony will be held in the Nuffield Hall which is on the first floor and is accessible by a lift.
